In the spring of 2019, at Session XLI of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO)'s Regional Association Hurricane Committee, the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) retired the names , Ernesto, Isaac, Kirk, and Nadine from List IV of the Atlantic hurricane naming lists.
