A cold front wandering into the open Southern Atlantic and began taking on subtropical chararistics. the low on january 25th was desinated TD01Q and was later upgraded to Arupta and on January 28 Arupta was asborbed by a extratropical system.

On February a low formed and began spinning over Brazil on February the low exited Brazil very organized and was named Bas,by the South Atlantic Cyclone Organization.
