Hypercane Eli was first named storm, first major hurricane, and first hypercane of the 2031 Atlantic hurricane season. Hypercane Eli (similar to Hypercane Cara],developed from a weak low pressure system which traveled over across the Atlantic and over an underwater volcanic structure. This structure was believed to have helped the development of Hypercane Eli, but scientists are still a bit puzzled. It was the Deadliest hurricane/tropical cyclone ever recorded to strike New Jersey and New York. It also was a times stronger than Hypercane cara. Plus it was the deadliest Atlantic hurricane on record just after Hypercane cara and Hypercane alex but Eli is the costliest Hypercane on record for now
